We charge per file and the rate depends on which tier you choose — Silver, Gold, or Platinum. There are no monthly minimums or contracts. Book a 15-minute call and we'll walk through the numbers based on your tier and volume.
Arive. We can work directly inside your Arive instance with the access level you grant — read-only, processor, or full. If you're on a different LOS and curious whether we can support it, ask.
All of them — Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and hard-money loans. Purchase, refi, cash-out — whatever's on the table.
Yes — initial disclosures, redisclosures, and CD balancing are included in our Platinum tier. Gold includes CD balancing. Silver excludes disclosures.
Florida, Maine, and Michigan. We're actively working on additional state approvals — if you have a need in another state, tell us.
Every file in our pipeline gets touched within 24 hours, every business day. Emails get a response within 3 hours during business hours. Weekends and after-hours, you'll hear back the next morning.
